I worked with Tara as a career coach while deciding whether or not to transition from my current position as a biglaw junior associate into another firm and another practice group. Tara, unlike a recruiter, was able to act as an impartial third party and gave me practical advice on questions to ask once I had an offer. She also was able to ask me questions about why I wanted to lateral, and what I hoped to gain from this new job that helped me frame my thinking.
